Your carburetor will hardly work when this rubber membrane is punctured or torn. Harley-Davidson only sells the vacuum valve installed on the throttle slide (OEM 27585-88), but Zodiac has just the rubber available for a much more economical price. All of these and even more sizes are available in 5-packs. Jets are exactly made to OEM specifications, and are indelibly marked with their size. Note that low speed jets (also known as pilot jet) for Keihin Butterfly and CV carburetors look very much the same but are NOT interchangeable. Butterfly pilot jets have 0.6mm bore bleed holes, whereas those for CV carbs have 0.8mm bore bleed holes.
