In fact it is just an ignition module that uses the stock cable connectors, nothing else. It does not get any easier as this. It will ensure that the J1850 databus that comes standard with fuel injected models is still working correctly so the original speedometer, tachometer, warning lights, Turn Signal/ Security module, etc. can still be used. Also an adapter is needed to convert the fuel tank to accept a conventional fuel valve. Fuel valves can be found in chapter 19. It is still mandatory to pass E-3 tests individually at your local inspecting authorities (TÜV or similar), since the conformity of the whole vehicle must be approved. This gives all the advantages of an easy to tune carburetor without the need to use a computer. The AMM-L1 Lambda Regulator can be used with any carbureted engine. You can use heated or unheated oxygen (Lambda) Sensors of different manufacturers, like the NGK/NTK single wire EGO sensor. All the miniaturized electronics of the AMM-L1 is integrated into the stepper motor, so that it is not necessary to install a separate black box and associated wiring. The complete AMM-L1 assembly is S&S FUEL LINE Fuel line and fuel line insulator as supplied with S&S carburetor kits will also work with almost any other brand.
